Richie B I just downloaded this and was playing around with it. It has some cool features, but I am just learning how to use. Can't help but wish I had something like this 35 years ago when taking Statics and Dynamics.

John Smith

John Smith An excellent free program that allows building of animated 2D mechanical simulations. It is basically a mechanical sketchpad capable of serious analysis, and can export as dxf. Certain types of mechanisms are still beyond its capability, but it just keeps getting better all the time.
